These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the winphp online gaming platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wagers.

By accessing the winphp platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all access to and use of the Platform.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
2.1 These Terms take effect upon a Player's first access to the winphp Platform and remain in effect until the Player Account is permanently closed by either party in accordance with these Terms.
2.2 winphp reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email or mobile number on file no less than seven (7) days prior to taking effect. Continued use of the Platform following notice of amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2.3 These Terms are to be read together with the winphp Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
3.1 Minimum Age. Access to and use of the winphp Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. This minimum age threshold is mandated by PAGCOR and consistent with the age restrictions applicable to all licensed casino gaming establishments in the Philippines.
3.2 Mandatory KYC. All Players are required to complete identity and age verification before deposits above the minimum threshold are processed and before any withdrawal is approved. Acceptable identification documents include: PhilSys National ID, Unified Multi-Purpose Identification (UMID) card, Philippine passport, and LTO driver's license.
3.3 Residency. The winphp Platform is intended for use by Philippine residents. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own legal risk. winphp accepts no liability for any Player who accesses the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction.
3.4 False Declaration. Any Player who provides false information regarding their age or identity during registration, including misrepresenting their date of birth or submitting fraudulent documentation, will have their Player Account permanently terminated, all funds forfeited, and the matter referred to PAGCOR and, where applicable, law enforcement authorities.
3.5 winphp reserves the right to request supplementary documentation at any point and to suspend a Player Account pending completion of enhanced due diligence in compliance with AML Law requirements.
4.1 Single Account Rule. Each individual may hold only one (1) Player Account on the winphp Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether personally or through nominees — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and all balances forfeited.
4.2 Accurate Information. Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration and must promptly update their account details if circumstances change. winphp is not liable for any failure of service resulting from inaccurate contact information held on a Player Account.
4.3 Account Security. Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. winphp strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via the Account Security settings. Any activity conducted under a Player's credentials is deemed to be conducted by that Player. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Player Account, notify winphp support immediately at [email protected].
4.4 Non-Transferability. Player Accounts and the funds held within them are non-transferable. Accounts may not be sold, pledged, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any third party.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. winphp accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine-regulated payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay (inter-bank), QR Ph, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Payment method availability is subject to change; the current list is displayed in the Cashier section of the Platform.
5.2 Currency. All transactions on the winphp Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). winphp does not accept foreign currency deposits.
5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit is ₱100. Minimum deposit amounts for individual payment methods may vary and are displayed in the Cashier.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts may not process withdrawals. Processing times are indicative: GCash and Maya withdrawals typically clear within 5–30 minutes; bank transfers via InstaPay within 1–24 hours. winphp reserves the right to extend processing times for enhanced due diligence review on individual transactions.
5.5 Source of Funds. Pursuant to AML Law, winphp may require Players to demonstrate the legitimate source of funds deposited to the Platform. Players consent to such requests as a condition of use. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension.
5.6 Own Funds Only. Players may only deposit and wager funds that are legally their own. Deposits made using payment accounts belonging to third parties will be reversed and the associated Player Account suspended.
6.1 All bonus offers on winphp are subject to specific terms published at the time of the promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable), and validity periods. In the event of conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term prevails.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play are not eligible for withdrawal until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Standard wagering requirements on winphp bonuses range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
6.3 winphp reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that Bonus funds already credited to a Player Account will not be reduced mid-wagering-cycle except in cases of breach of these Terms.
6.4 Only one active bonus may be held in a Player Wallet at any time unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise. Players must elect to claim or decline a bonus before depositing if a deposit triggers an automatic bonus — once a deposit is applied to an active bonus, the requirement attaches and cannot be reversed.
6.5 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting to claim a bonus more than once, exploiting wagering loopholes, or coordinated play to guarantee mathematical bonus extraction — will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.
7.1 All games available on the winphp Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Live dealer games are conducted by trained human croupiers under real-time supervision protocols.
7.2 Each game category on winphp (slots, live dealer, bingo, fishing, sports) is governed by individual game rules displayed within the game interface or help section. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with applicable game rules before wagering.
7.3 System Errors. In the event of a software malfunction, connectivity failure, or game interruption, winphp will endeavour to resolve the situation fairly using available transaction logs. Where the outcome of an interrupted round cannot be reliably determined, winphp reserves the right to void the round and return the applicable stake to the Player's Wallet.
7.4 winphp does not guarantee the availability of any specific game at any specific time. Games may be temporarily withdrawn for maintenance, software updates, or regulatory compliance purposes without prior notice.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winphp Platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct is grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to PAGCOR and/or law enforcement:
9.1 winphp is committed to responsible gaming as both a PAGCOR licensing obligation and an organizational value. All Players have access to the following responsible gaming tools from their Account Settings page: daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; session time alerts; loss limits; cooling-off periods (24 hours to 6 weeks); and self-exclusion (temporary and permanent).
9.2 Self-Exclusion. A Player who activates self-exclusion will be prevented from accessing the winphp Platform for the duration selected. During a self-exclusion period, no marketing communications will be sent to the Player. Requests to shorten a self-exclusion period before its natural expiry will not be processed within the first 72 hours of activation.

9.4 winphp will never market directly to a Player who is under an active self-exclusion order or who has contacted the Platform to report a problem gambling concern.
10.1 All content on the winphp Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and audio — is owned by or licensed to winphp and is protected under Philippine intellectual property law and applicable international conventions.
10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes. No content may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of winphp.
11.1 The winphp Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, winphp disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11.2 winphp's aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Player's use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 winphp is not liable for losses resulting from: network outages or internet connectivity issues on the Player's side; incorrect payment details entered by the Player; unauthorized account access where the Player failed to maintain credential security; or gaming losses incurred as a result of a Player's own wagering decisions.
12.1 winphp reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where winphp reasonably believes that: the Player has breached these Terms; the Player Account has been involved in fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering activity; or continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, reputational, or security risk to the Platform.
12.2 Player-Initiated Closure. A Player may request closure of their Player Account at any time by contacting winphp support. Pending the closure process, the Player's remaining Wallet balance (less any funds subject to ongoing investigation) will be returned to the Player's verified payment account within a reasonable timeframe not exceeding thirty (30) business days.
12.3 Where an account is closed as a consequence of a breach of these Terms, winphp reserves the right to retain the balance as liquidated damages for losses incurred.
13.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
13.2 PAGCOR Complaints. Players who have an unresolved dispute with winphp may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's official complaint channels. winphp will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation or mediation process.
13.3 Prior to initiating formal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact winphp support to allow the Platform an opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter internally within fifteen (15) business days of receipt of a formal written complaint.
14.1 winphp reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The version of the Terms currently in force is the version published at https://winphp.biz/terms-conditions with the effective date displayed at the top of the document.
14.2 It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following publication of an updated version of these Terms constitutes the Player's acceptance of the updated Terms.
